The Woollen Mills in Onehunga is a site with a lot of history. Most famously for being the place where New Zealand’s princess blankets were made.

The client saw the opportunity for the heritage of the place to become part of the areas new lease on life – Voice was chosen as the agency to articulate this through brand.

Saw tooth roofs, showcasing of original architecture and contemporary steel and glass, mixed with a place steeped in local history – Woollen Mills was set to reposition New Zealand’s commercial landscape and create concepts for the developments logo and visual identity design. Considered and modern yet with a conversation about history of place. Perfect for New Zealand’s newest, aspirational commercial address.
