Location Group. A capable, experienced, customer-centric Auckland-based property developer knew they needed a more accessible brand to face their residential product to customers.
A brand positioned to care, communicate and demystify the process of buying off-plan dwellings, Reside needed to be friendly, but not lose its high-end pedigree. A brand that would form relationships with its customer base in the long term and sit in stark contrast to the ‘revolving door’ mentality of other property developer companies.
