Post Haste is an express package business that’s been serving New Zealand locally, nationally and internationally since 1988. As part of the Freightways Group, Post Haste needed to stand proud and claims its own place within a complex brand architecture and within a highly competitive marketplace. Post Haste has a long history of real customer service and care and is known for going the extra mile. A business that takes ownership of its partnerships, is human in its dealings and that has the nimbleness and flexibility that customers are looking for.

We helped Post Haste to realise the power behind taking who they authentically were, and articulating this in a brand strategy which set them apart from the competition. Post Haste’s USP was its ability to connect with its customers and making their network work for the benefit of their customers, as opposed to the other way around. A visual identity refresh was launched in 2019, a thoughtful evolution of the quintessential NZ look and feel that Kiwis know and love. By retaining the semiotics of New Zealand and combining with the notion of speed, friendliness and accessibility, we have set the business up for the next stage in its journey.
